What do you like most?
The benefits of working with this vendor are as follows: The customer service is top not. As in they go above and beyond in getting their clients taken care of, Irvin Dominguez did anyway. They continued to reach out to the property to ensure we were updated with the newest software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What I believe can be improved is if Irvin Dominguez is promoted to trainer so every single interaction can be like the one I had the pleasure of having.
