What do you like most?
Always professional and friendly, UMI has helped us with the development of two new websites - patiently dealing with last minute requests and updates, and working to our proposed designs whilst offering advice and suggestions along the way.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We'd like to be able to have easier phone contact, but this is rarely an issue.
