What do you like most?
I can communicate with anyone on staff instantly and efferently. Also used a a paper trail to keep track of discrepancies or learning moments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would really like to learn the other functions that I have not used on HelloShift so maybe a training section on how to use the other functions.
