What do you like most?
What I like most about Profitroom is how it brings our direct booking and distribution tools together in one platform. The booking engine is user-friendly, and the connection with our channel manager helps us manage rates and availability more efficiently while supporting our direct booking strategy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improve the reliability of real-time PMS and OTA synchronization. Occasional delays or discrepancies require manual checking and follow-up, increasing workload for Reservations and Front Office teams and creating a risk of inventory or reservation errors.
