It helps increase revenue by setting prices at the ideal sweet spot, based on data and AI analysis. When occupancy is healthy, it also helps us avoid unnecessary price reductions and minimize risk.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have a way to give the AI qualitative market feedback. I know it is on its way to have more interaction, but we are looking forward for it.
