What do you like most?
We implemented Mews at our two 4-star hotels in January 2025. The PMS provides us with a secure operating system and, above all, exceptional support and development. The tool is constantly evolving and improving. We use numerous APIs that are very simple to set up and configure. The multi-property features save us time on management and operations. We quickly implemented the electronic invoicing module and the integration with our RMS, Duetto. We also use Mews POS for our bars and breakfast service. We plan to switch our direct booking engines to Mews, as well as the channel manager for one of our hotels currently using D-Edge. In short, the software ticks a great many boxes and ensures stability in our operations. The implementation of Mews BI is another plus, offering precise, customizable analysis and reporting. We are fortunate to have premium support for one of our hotels and to benefit from Amélie’s highly professional and effective guidance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The biggest challenge with Mews is keeping up with the new features being rolled out over time. Of course, everything is explained and the relevant training materials are updated in the Mews University module, but maintaining the necessary responsiveness can sometimes be difficult. One downside is the chat support, which can be a bit slow and overly formal. It is also important to keep an eye on the price and total cost of the solution, as paid add-on modules can increase expenses in ways that weren't necessarily foreseen or factored in at the start.
