What do you like most?
The guest request mode, the assignment of tasks and follow up to ensure excellent guest service. Worked on similar software for more than 30 years, this out does them all!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Possibly add alerts for service requests not picked up in a timely manner. Alerts could improve the software but it works very well at this point.
