What do you like most?
I like that Mews is easy to learn and that you can get help within the community. Nice overview at the landing page.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some basics needs to be improved. Please we need to set more than one room out of order at the same time. It can take ages. Invoices should be sent automatically (with rules). Automation rules are needs to be improved - settings are too little. Automation for tasks. The arrival overview should be more customizable. For instance, I need to check every single reservation for each day although I only want to look at the ones without notes or with manual CC.
