What do you like most?
We transitioned to hotellab in September, after moving away from our previous system, and we started noticing improvements within the first few weeks. The recommended rates are much more aligned with market demand and seasonality, particularly during weekends and periods of changing demand. With automated pricing in place, we spend significantly less time making manual adjustments, while maintaining a competitive position within our market. One feature I particularly appreciate is the pricing explanation. For every recommended rate, we can clearly understand the reasoning behind it, taking into account market demand, competitor pricing and our own availability. This transparency gives us greater confidence in the system's recommendations and makes it much easier to communicate pricing decisions to the rest of our team. Equally important is the level of support we receive. Having a dedicated Greek-speaking Customer Success Manager who is readily available and responds promptly makes a real difference. He has also taken the time to understand our property's specific needs and adapt the setup accordingly. As a five-star resort in Trikala, close to Meteora, we have our own unique market dynamics, seasonality and business characteristics. The fact that hotellab has taken these particularities into account has made the transition and overall cooperation particularly valuable for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are still in our first months and growing into everything the platform offers. I’m looking forward to the upcoming reporting updates, which will give us an even clearer view of net revenue by channel.
