What do you like most?
What I like most about Cloudbeds is that it offers a very complete and easy-to-use solution for managing small hotels. Its interface is intuitive and allows centralizing reservations, availability, rates, and daily operations on a single platform. The integration between the PMS and the Channel Manager makes work much easier, reduces manual tasks, and allows better control of the different sales channels. For a boutique hotel like Eklectic, I consider that it offers an excellent balance between functionality, simplicity, and efficiency, without the complexity of other systems designed for larger establishments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe that Cloudbeds could improve its analysis and reporting tools, especially regarding revenue management. It would be interesting to have more customizable reports, performance comparisons, and metrics that allow easy analysis of occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. This would add a lot of value to small boutique hotels looking to optimize their income without needing to resort to additional external tools.
