From time to time, support requests are submitted but receive no response. In the end, we often get a faster response through the chatbot, or a support agent steps in to help resolve our issues. For example, this morning, I was assisted by Ruchika, who took the time to understand and resolve my issue efficiently. I really appreciated her help.
