We have been using MessageBox in our hotel operations, and it has become one of the most important systems in our daily workflow. The platform is very user-friendly and helps us manage and track all operational requests efficiently across departments. We are actively using it for operations management, PPM tracking, housekeeping tasks, guest engagement, breakfast operations, guest feedback, and internal communication between teams. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to track all cases clearly and ensure nothing is missed. Response time and coordination between departments have improved significantly since implementing MessageBox. The housekeeping module is practical and easy to use, while the guest engagement and feedback tools help us maintain better communication with guests and improve their experience. The breakfast module also supports smooth daily operations and better tracking. In addition, the support team is very responsive and always helpful whenever assistance is needed.
