Resolve a case in minutes from agents that understand the issue. They reply with a resolution that makes sense, which helps when I need to move on to something else.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Booking.com Enhanced connection just causes more issues that the standard connection. This enhanced connection uses room types that are very generic.
