What do you like most?
• Very simple and clean looking. • Very easy to learn for standard hotel operations. • Cloudbeds University is helpful for onboarding new staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
• Quite limited abilities to run financial reports. • Missing some essential hotel features (Showing a guest has arrived and is waiting for their room etc.). • Some unexpected behaviors (Multiple ways to do most actions but inconsistent between different methods). •A few bugs and glitches (Rooms linked together can't have their own tags, get checked in together etc.).
