What do you like most?
What I like most about eviivo is the perfect balance between ease of use and the depth of features it offers. The platform is extremely intuitive, even for users who are not very tech-savvy. Navigating between reservations, channel management, and property settings feels smooth and logical, which has significantly reduced the time we spend on administrative tasks. Another major highlight is the quality of the onboarding experience. From the very beginning, Joseph, my activation agent, played a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition to eviivo. His professionalism, patience, and thorough explanations made a world of difference. He took the time to understand our specific needs, walked us through every step of the setup, and ensured that all configurations were perfectly optimized for our property. His responsiveness was remarkable, every question was answered quickly and clearly, and he consistently provided practical tips to help us make the best use of the system. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While eviivo already meets most of our needs and performs very reliably, there are a few enhancements that could make the experience even better. One improvement would be the addition of more integrated learning resources, such as short video tutorials, interactive walkthroughs, or a more detailed knowledge base directly accessible from the dashboard and not only help pages. This would help new users quickly discover and understand all the available features without always needing to contact support or activation team. Another area for potential improvement could be offering more customization options in certain parts of the interface, allowing users to tailor the layout or display according to their workflow preferences. Although the platform is already user-friendly, these extras could raise the overall usability even further. That said, none of these points are critical, and they do not affect the strong performance and reliability of the system. These suggestions are simply ways to further enhance what is already a solid and well-designed solution.
