What do you like most?
We have worked with d3x for a while now and I honestly would not want to give it away anymore. The bot is taking care of most of our guest chats, with many people not even realizing they are taking to an AI. The attention to detail, when it comes to the knowledge base and character is on of a kind and creates a wonderful chat experience for the guests and also for us What is also important to mention here is how much they are improving and developing every day. Jason and his team are constantly asking for feedback and releasing new amazing and useful features all the time. We just implemented a phone bot who is taking care of 80% of all incoming calls! So all in all I can highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for help in the guest communication, without wanting to lose quality in replies or create a barrier to the costumer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
All of my wishes for the improvements or new features are in the making, so nothing really to mention here.
