What do you like most?
This was the first time we implemented a Revenue Management System in our hotel, and we are already seeing positive results in both occupancy and revenue during our first season. The onboarding process was well supported by the HotelLab team, who were always responsive and willing to help with configuration and questions. The integration with our Channel Manager was smooth, allowing us to start using dynamic pricing without major technical issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are still in the early stages of using the platform, so it is too soon to draw firm conclusions about specific areas for improvement. As we gain experience over a full operating season, we expect to discover additional features and capabilities that could further enhance the platform. Based on our experience with the support team so far, we are confident that customer feedback is taken seriously and will continue to drive future improvements.
