What do you like most?
RUNNR.ai helps us streamline guest communication and reduce repetitive questions before arrival. The automated messaging flow is useful for sharing practical hotel information such as check-in details, parking, breakfast and local recommendations. It saves time for the front office and creates a more consistent guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some settings and workflows could be more flexible for smaller boutique hotels. I would like to see more control over message timing, branding, templates and integrations. Also, clearer reporting on guest engagement and message performance would make the platform more valuable from an operational perspective. In addition, I find the pricing still quite high, especially when upgrading to the Plus package. For a small boutique hotel, the additional cost needs to be clearly justified by extra operational value and measurable impact.
