What do you like most?
What I value most, first and foremost, is the attention and support I receive from my account manager, Karina. From the very beginning, she has helped me understand the platform and gain a deeper insight into Fideltour’s full potential. She always responds promptly and is extremely efficient when it comes to answering questions or resolving any issues. The platform also gives us greater control over our customer relationships. It is very intuitive, and its wide range of features meets all our needs. At group level, Fideltour has been particularly valuable in helping us strengthen our direct sales performance. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the platform and the support we receive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment, I cannot identify any specific area that clearly needs improvement, as the platform meets our current needs very well. One potential enhancement could be to expand the library of ready-to-use templates and best-practice examples. This could help users discover more of the platform’s possibilities and launch new campaigns even faster.
