Easy to use and makes the experience hassle free for guests to use. No worries about losing key cards. Feed back from guests is always positive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Occasionally the dashboard system can run slow however it usually isn't for any more than 5 minutes. This is the only issue we have come across
