What do you like most?
I loke the constant requests for meetings to help us make sure everything goes smoothly. They also help with a lot of tech support or get us in contact on who can help us with the actual problem fast.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A few things that i would wish would improve is just upgrades to the services on the actually site. for examlple i would hope to be able to use dynamic pricing with multiple rate plans instead of 1 so that switching them would not delete the override.
