What do you like most?
The platform has successfully helped us generate higher room revenue through effective rate yielding. Additionally, the support team has been exceptionally prompt and proactive, consistently following up to ensure all of our issues are fully resolved.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If the support team for the Thai language can be on standby 24 hrs, will be great. Sometimes we have urgent case at night time.
