What do you like most?
Thanks to the onboarding with Vincenzo, I am increasingly appreciating the value of Octorate, not only for its numerous features but especially for the flexibility and depth of the configurations it offers. The training, clear and concrete, is allowing me to better understand fundamental technical aspects such as managing derived rates based on occupancy, cancellation policies, automatic collections, the configuration of the Booking Engine and the Web Concierge, as well as integrations with portals and institutional systems like Ross1000. Thanks to practical examples and the attention given to the specific needs of the property, I am learning to use tools and automations more consciously, optimizing processes and reducing the risk of errors in daily management. Vincenzo's competence and availability really make a difference: he does not just explain how to use the features but helps to understand their logic and potential, promoting greater autonomy and a more efficient and professional management of the property.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment I have no specific suggestions to propose. The onboarding process is proving to be complete, clear, and effective, thanks to a practical approach attentive to the concrete needs of the property. The sessions allow progressively deepening the different features of the platform, clarifying any doubts, and gaining greater autonomy in daily management. I therefore believe that the process is moving in the right direction and represents valid support to understand and make the most of Octorate's potential.
