What do you like most?
The Room Raccoon system has provided many time and process efficiencies, enabling our self-catering apartment business to flourish. Thanks to Room Raccoon, we no longer use manual systems, meaning that first impressions have improved significantly for guests. The ability to access reporting on revenue and occupancy allows the business to be managed much more effectively. Prior to using Room Raccoon, we had challenges around double bookings which have now been completely eliminated thanks to the accuracy of syncing with other booking platforms. Unlike other similar platforms, Room Raccoon allows for full personalisation using your own business brand and also cleverly tracks guests who have previously stayed, which acts as very good customer service too. I feel the cost of the annual subscription far outweighs the added value of the Room Raccoon system to our business
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Whilst Room Raccoon has an App that alerts you with notifications of new booking, I would love the development of a full App that would enable you to work remotely rather than always having to access your desktop or to log-in on your phone. I feel this would be a highly valuable development. Otherwise, I find all aspects of the system first class.
