What do you like most?
Pricelabs has been handling Multi Unit inventory in an excellent way for at least 4 years now and I personally don't believe there is a better tool out there if you have Multi Unit STR inventory. With a recent update to the product, you can now see how many of the Multi units are booked on a specific day, plus all the insight you get from their recommendations (neighborhood data that includes, future and past occupancy vs market, rates divided by percentiles, comp set selection, etc)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing comes to mind. The recent breakthrough release from Pricelabs provide a huge amount of insight/KPIs on a per listing basis. It's extremely useful!
