What do you like most?
Guests receive information about the hotel before their stay. It promotes cross-selling, we sell more roses and other treatments via the Carlito app than via our booking portal. You can easily send spontaneous activities to the guests via chat or push message. It is essential to create the morning post, here you can tell and inform the guests about the daily program or other special things for the day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment I can't think of anything that could be better. Possibly faster feedback regarding the open questions. We are waiting for a feedback for more logins or accounts for the employees...
