What do you like most?
The SHR Group are forward thinking with their use of technology for direct bookings. From how they cultivate and disseminated marketing data that anticipates what our guests wants and needs. The Allora Booking Engine by SHR Group serves smart, personalised content to increase conversion, revenue and bookings. The design of the website and booking engine are user and mobile friendly for our guests. The SHR Group services are cross platform and fully support our own digital marketing strategy from SEO, Paid Search, Metasearch and all direct traffic.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If there was one aspect of the SHR Group Service that they could improve on is the integration of their Wave revenue tool with more Irish and UK based PMS's.
