What do you like most?
Casablanca is always evolving and open to new customer ideas. Solutions are always thought of by the customer (e.g. guest app, ; multi-property solution). The support is staffed continuously, even on weekends and public holidays. Great class!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We really can't think of much room for improvement. A better interface for heating regulation than Betterspace (provider unfortunately too expensive and hardware too complex to install) would be great. In relation to the excellent overall package, this is really small stuff ;-)
