What do you like most?
The employees are very nice and accommodating. Customer service is easy to reach and questions are answered quickly. Suggestions for improvement are accepted. We really appreciate the friendly onboarding. The team was always welcome for questions and helped us as much as they can. The program is easy to handle. We do not had that much trouble to understand everything.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is still a great need for expansion. Suggestions for additional modules or functions are gladly accepted, but unfortunately the implementation takes some time and many necessary areas have not yet been sufficiently expanded.
