What do you like most?
How easy the platform is to use, how well it worked in terms of revenue and how it enhanced the guest journey. The fact that we can have everything amended according to Brand TOV & Designs guidelines.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing that I see much but maybe alongside with the post stay survey that already exists, could we look at a KPI metrics platform integrated?
