What do you like most?
A web-based application that you don’t need to download. You can add the shortcut to mobile home screen to reopen HotelBuddy app on the go. Client-side design and user flow is well built and modern. The hotel side backend has a clean look, and you can get the usage statistics from the dashboard. Orders/upsell accept/decline in one place. The hotel can manage the descriptions and translations itself. Automatic rules for prepayment bookings based on rate code or note fields in PMS. – Good option for bookings that are paid with virtual cards. Option to choose not to offer guest mobile check-in (if there is any reason). You can check the door battery life or open the door from the backend. Housekeeping module and option to re-send the mobile check-in email/link.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Add option for hotels to manage the email template sent to the guest. Improve upsell by adding conversion rate statistic for upsell products and rooms able to make any additional decisions. Option to make a “deal of a day” or add discounted price option for extras to push the product sales.
