What do you like most?
We have automated the check-in process to be able to focus staff efforts on truly productive tasks. The kiosks are really easy to use, from the guest's point of view, and very manageable from the point of view of our staff. The support they provide is very efficient and friendly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Allowing guests to enter their company information, at the time of check-in, to prepare the invoice would be a plus.
