What do you like most?
Only SiteMinder can control the whole hotel and sales solutions, as this was one hub for everything I needed, room rate, allotment, rate plan, restriction, and able to pull a report with a selection date with details. SiteMinder stands out as the only platform capable of seamlessly managing the entire spectrum of hotel operations and sales solutions. It served as a centralized hub where I could access everything I needed—from configuring room rates and managing allotments to setting up rate plans and applying restrictions. What truly impressed me was the ability to generate detailed reports with custom date selections, giving me full visibility into performance metrics and booking trends. This all-in-one solution eliminated the need for multiple systems, streamlining my workflow and empowering me to make data-driven decisions with ease.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We had experienced some times allotment not actually real time, but overall quite fast, but sometimes we got 2 bookings in almost the same time. We occasionally experienced delays with allotments not updating in real time. However, the overall system was quite fast and responsive. That said, there were rare instances where we received two bookings almost simultaneously, which caused minor overlaps.
