What do you like most?
The pricing decision was deployed automatically, with floors, ceilings, and room-type differentials (offsets). The overbooking was by room type and by house to account for wash. Group Evaluation to determine optimum price points.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I understand how it creates the different market segments to create the forecasts for rate, wash and ultimately occupancy. I just wish that I were better able to align it with my financial statement segments to make it even more efficient for budgeting and forecasting.
