What do you like most?
This is the best system on the market for our 30 Bedroom Hotel we have used it for 14 years And highly recommend it It is professional and easy to use (review updated 12/4/18) Initial review 8/19/18: Extremely easy to use All the features required are available to let a small hotel operate totally professional Allows you to train other members of staff quickly to take bookings and deal with check outs Quick response in dealing with any problems Excellent records collected by system and easy to access
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Only one thing the packages coming through OTAS and GDS sometimes need to be corrected Manually but easy to do (review updated 12/4/18) Initial review 8/19/18: Have to use separate company for channel management but I believe they are going to address this in the near future
