Kate, and Gareth both very pleasant to deal with however second line support is shockingly bad. 2 years on and still cannot send emails from the system direct to customers.

Awful, took over Hotec a year ago, with big fanfare of promises to modernise the system, went from average to bad instead, at least previously someone could sort your problem, then they upgraded servers and everything went wrong, hours without system, then when you got back on a dozen new problems and bugs, after a month of interruptions to...
