What do you like most?
We've been using Alkimii for the since November 2023, it has completely transformed the way we manage our HR processes. From onboarding, rostering, payroll, leave entitlements and so much more!, this system has streamlined everything into one seamless platform. What stands out the most is its user-friendly and the support team are amazing! Our team quickly adapted to they system. The dashboard is super user friendly, making it easy to access the tools and data we need. One of the biggest wins has been the automation features. Tasks that used to take hours, like generating reports or tracking employee leave balances, are now done in minutes. It’s saved me so much time. Customer support deserves a massive shootout Anytime we've had a question or needed help with a feature, their support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.Overall, Alkimii has become an essential part of our day-to-day operations. It’s efficient, reliable, and constantly improving. Highly recommend to any organization looking to steam line and simplify their HR management!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love if Alkimii had an E-Learning feature - for mandatory H&S related training - as I have had to implement another system for this.
