What do you like most?
We’ve been using myCloud PMS for over a year, and it keeps getting better. Being cloud-based means we can manage operations on the go. Support is prompt and knowledgeable. It's a solid platform for daily hotel management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are fewer customizations in POS module that makes it little disappointing in POS operations We face a minor lag during peak hours but its manageable with mobile internet.
