What do you like most?
I love that I can ensure our guests can check-in easily and stay compliant. Our guests all feel a sense of connection to our host team and always leave feeling a large sense of hospitality.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ease of duplication when it comes to agreements and menus could be improved, but the TechTeam behind the scenes is so helpful. I’d love to see a large customized menu kind of like an Instacart would be ideal.
