What do you like most?
When the hotel started using Booking Factory it quickly realized what a great PMS system it is. It takes short time to adapt to the system and great advantage how front desk friendly it is. Offers excellent overview of the staying guests and other upcoming reservations. Very easy to see the history behind every reservation. Good reports for the managers as well. What is an extra add on is how great the team behind the system is. Quick to answer and specially good to have the online chat window. At last, extremely nice to have the PMS on an online server. So it accessible anywhere, anytime.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes lagging when doing many updates at the same time. Can be tricky, specially for the front desk, when it is busy.
