What do you like most?
The Franco Grasso team is made up of very professional girls and boys but at the same time easy-going, prepared and dedicated to work, proactive, innovative and always open to dialogue to find solutions to problems, to improve and to collaborate from any point of view . Personally, I have a 360-degree relationship with them, not only as regards the revenue method, but whenever I need advice for the hotel I represent, I pass by with them, whether we are talking about strategy or rates, of useful software or events, ideas or doubts. Their software, revolution plus, allows us to facilitate dialogue between the hotel and the team, furthermore it makes it much easier for us, compared to management reports, to view the main data, such as occupancy, average rate, production and par-monthly installments and daily, the history of past years and a series of other fundamental data. Thanks to this excellent collaboration, our results improve every year, both in terms of employment and in terms of revenues and in terms of growth from all points of view.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment I don't think there is anything that can be improved, or at least there isn't anything that can be improved from my point of view.
