What do you like most?
Folio / invoices are easy, also easy to make both individual or group reservations. Takes no time to learn most of the system within shortest time. All very logical. Great plus to be able to cancel checkin and cancel checkout. You did a great job and the suggestions below are only suggestions (some more than others), but if we are more than one mentioning the same, it might be concidered, that is why I am writing down so many things.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some suggestions: - Number of persons per room on the booking report would make work much easer instead of hand counting every day. -Separate window for restaurant (which is not connected to travel agency as it is now).-Ability of writing into housekeeping notes for a whole group (copying for all rooms).-"Red pen" for business partner where we can write in information (which will not appear in booking card of the guest).-Being able to put date on extras or an individual text.-Room number appearing on invoice for accommodation.-Being able to see to what room rate a room rate combination refers to.-Being able to "green" a dashboard line again.-Having no room number if the room is on holding area (or a fake room number or HA). This is especially difficult in groups to find out which room is on holding area.-Having the possibility of changing rates for all rooms at once, not per room type.-On folio "view by" is not changing each time, but keeps preferred view. Same for rooms - if chosen "active" for rooms, that it is not changing each time I move between the windows within the same booking.-Being able to add more than one room by one (in groups).-Being able to change currency even we have already made a receipt.-Being able to copy / paste into templates without changing font and more.-Being able to have more than one sign at once (f.e. wheelchair and arrow for upgrade).-Being able to find a reservation directly without going through folio if a travel agency has booked.-Being able to manage window sizes (not given sizes).-Would be good to have the chance again to have the rooms in order I like when putting in rooming lists. (Was, but is not anymore.-Would prefer to write the date instead of scrolling through the calendar.
