What do you like most?
Thanks to their CRM, we have increased our sale of ancillarys in many of our hotels. The fact that the guest can book these extras before arrival has also taken some work out of our reception team. Great work team BookingWhizz!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The tool, like many others, can always be improved. One of the improvements would be that when the guest has already booked an extra and later cancels the reservation, that extra will also be canceled automatically.
