What do you like most?
The HAPI product can provide a vital service to Hoteliers using Opera as their PMS. Using HAPI we were able to integrate a 3rd party service to Opera quicker and more effectively then integrating directly with Opera with no effect on performance. Quick response time to any questions or issues we may have.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We find HAPI are great for any of the integration development that they have productised. However can be reluctant to do customised development.
