If you have not looked at Salesforce for your hotel group, now is the time to do so. Exciting opportunities and company outlook with robust, native integration to mature CDP and integration to 3rd parties. Data analytics and sales opportunities very exciting.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Clearer roadmap and integration plans with other mature players in the hospitality space, especially with certified interfaces with F&B and Spa products.
