Reviewing the code looked like it came from a huge repository which probably helped for speed of delivery. For our simple integration there was lots of extra unnecessarily code.

Response time could be a little better. there are times when we feel like we are chasing for answers. The customer service portal has more comments from the customer vs the staff.

The HAPI Solution helps us to integrate, interface and expand our services easier and faster. Connecting external apps to our PMS through HAPI really improves our customer experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Now, it would be interesting for Hapi to develop other connectors, other interfaces in order to cover a wide range of products and activities.
