What do you like most?
All the help, knowledge, availability, costumer support.. I would like to mention someone in particular. Adam has been so, so helpful to everyone in our hotel when it comes to PMS which is one of the most important systems we use. He is always extremely knowledgeable and patient! He takes his time to share his screen, show more information on the system, explain every single step in solving a problem and he goes above and beyond to help every time we call. We are truly grateful! Room Key PMS must be happy to have him! Besides that, thanks to all of the Room Key PMS team for all of the support. Happy New Year!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system has been growing every year since we used it. I believe it has been about 6 years since we started using RoomKey PMS. Nothing could be improved in particular at the moment.
