What do you like most?
I enjoy not having to worry about our hotel rates at all. Diamo sets their pricing algorithm to our specifications and it's a set & forget system. In addition, we have complete control if we want to alter any factors in the algorithm.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing that I'd like to see in the future is some kind of automatic reporting. I'd love to be able to set up a monthly or weekly report regarding our progress whether we're ahead from last year, or falling behind, so we can generate strategies for that.
