What do you like most?
ELLOHA's staff are available very quickly and have knowledge at all levels. We work with them for complete management without difficulty. The ease of setting up incoming and outgoing flows to GOOGLE, AIRBNB, BOOKING, etc. Calendar management is really very appreciable and simple. Our customers book online without any problem and with complete confidence. The ease of changing the design of the site. Intuitive tools for tracking customers, arrivals and financial management. The search engine is very efficient for managing multiple lodgings. Before choosing ELLOHA, I tested quite a few booking sites and this one seemed to me to bring together everything I expected for a more than reasonable price.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One aspect that could be improved is sending an SMS in addition to the booking email since I don't have internet when I'm traveling. It would also be nice to have more detailed statistics on bookings directly in the interface.
