What do you like most?
As well as being a company founded and growing in Ibiza, we have been clients since the beginning. The closeness they maintain despite their growth is something I value greatly, as well as their flexibility and availability. Their after-sales team responds quickly when we have problems and continually suggests improvements. They listen to their clients and provide us with tools that, as a small company, we sometimes do not have the capacity to acquire. Thanks to the different departments they have and have created, we can have a 360-degree view of the online marketing we carry out, with the aim of maximising direct sales and reducing commissions to third parties, which in turn reduces the cost of sale.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Push us even further to continue improving and making the necessary changes to optimize sales and the functionality of the website. It might be useful to offer more training on the new tools they launch, as they allow us to make decisions based on data. Their tools generate very interesting information, so it would also be beneficial to have a service to analyze this data.
