What do you like most?
Preno is simple and easy to learn and the support service is quick and reliable. I was really concerned when changing over but the support was great and the support continues. #reservations are quick and easy #checkin is simple and it has all the features you require. It also allows you to personalise it to suit your business such as emails. I have had many staff join the team that have used other popular Property Management Systems and have really enjoyed learning Preno. They find it very easy to learn and pick it up quickly
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Preno continues to add to their software improving it all the time. The only area i have issues with are invoicing and integrations with Xero as many invoices are duplicated and it causes us a bit of extra work. I am however not a very experienced Xero user. Everything else is pretty good. The service is amazing.
